OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! These guys have a great selection bark, topsoil, and gravel. I have been using their products for 10 years and couldn't be more satisfied. They are very prompt and professional. The loader guy was racing around loading people out, jumping between loading equipment. I'm very proud to have them as product supplier here in Tumwater. I'd give you more stars if they were available.

We ordered 2 dozen yards of crushed rock from Commodities Unlimited. Upon delivery, they knocked down several large tree branches on our property, including a huge maple branch, heavily damaging the tree. The branches were then left in the newly laid driveway. They also agreed to spread the rock. They spread most of it, but then left the last of the rock in a huge pile. Our neighbors were unable to leave their house until we got out a tractor and actually spread it ourselves. Will not be using this company in the future.

I have never used this place before but was excited to find organic soil for my garden. I bought half a yard of compost and mixed it into my vegetable beds and added it around some shrubs and a couple roses just for it to burn and yellow everything it touched. It killed a few young plants. I don't think it was aged properly and I have never had compost do this before. I returned their dirt but wouldn't return my money or admit any wrong.

Nice people, good customer service but the garden mix is just sand. Not suitable for food or flowers really. Super bummed because I had a big project in mind. I’ll be repurposing the “sand” to a fire pit instead of reviving areas for growing. The soil is clean and debris free though. I recently purchased their organic compost and it’s probably the nicest bulk compost I’ve seen!

Commodities Unlimited is a fantastic choice for your needs. They carry a large inventory on site for both pickup and delivery! I've added a photo with current prices as of 25 April 2022. In this photo you'll see everything they offer, alongside additional photos of their site. Please note that inflation has affected everything everywhere and prices may change. Their delivery price is $70 flat fee. (Added fuel surcharge for deliveries between 10-15 miles) They are just off HWY 99, inside of Tumwater. As you turn into their business you'll see a small shack, which is their office. They generally have friendly dogs laying on the porch or just inside their business. I went in there and met with a very nice lady named Sherry. She helped me with my choice and secured us a delivery on the same day! Please note that they can be busy and may not offer same day delivery. So please plan ahead (unlike me) and give them a call! Don't look elsewhere, as this is an amazing local business with outstanding customer service! On delivery the man was very professional and curtious. They showed up exactly on time and asked how we would like the gravel dumped. Quick, efficient and amazing
